She is an IT pro with a focus on Customer Support, trouble-shooting and problem-solving. Diana excels when she is in a busy, fast-paced shop, and works well on her own without managerial support. She thrives on client relationships and love to educate users about hardware and software tools that at their disposal. Her passion is to be a client- focused technology advisor/trainer role or a client services/user education assignment where her troubleshooting, problem-solving and hands-on client mentoring skills will be a plus.
